"Pachuco:And that's the perfect way to end of this play- happy ending y todo.(PACHUCO makes a sweeping gesture.Lights come down. HE looks up at the lights, realizing something is wrong. HE flicks his wrist, and the lights go back up again.)
But life ain't that way. Hank.
The barrio's still out there, waiting and wanting.
the cops are still tracking us down like dogs.
The gangs are still killing each other,
Families are barely surviving,
And there in your own backyard...life goes on."
It is interesting how movies and stories we hear always have a happy ending. But reality is nothing always could have a happy ending. There is always there down falls and challenges we all go through. We might be satisfied but not always end up being happy. It's real life with a real ending.
Do you believe in a happy ending?

I believe it's true how movies and stories have their own happy endings but as in reality i believe that not all people live with their happy endings. In my opinion, many people can be satisfied with their lives but others may not. In every peoples life theres a point where they aren't fully happy. It's hard to beieve that a person have a happy life knowing that they always have to face to some problems. I've wished that in reality everyone can have their happy endings.
ReplyDeleteWhen i was a little girl i know my answer to that question would be yes but gaining all the experience that i have and realizing alot i can actually say in my point of view no theres no such thing as a happy ending. Why? i would say its because even though peoples problems go away theres still more heading their way later on in life.
